Abstract
Representatives from Symantec will describe job roles and responsibilities in the dynamically growing field of computer and information technology, including how to prepare for future careers, and the pathways they followed to their current positions at Symantec. Symantec is the fourth largest software company in the world, specializing in security systems for personal, business, and corporate computing. The Eugene-Springfield office recently doubled in size with the acquisition of Veritas and employs over 2000 people.
