The Computer and Information Science Department offers contact with fellow CIS alumni, professors and current students. This website has room for your contact information and notes to keep your classmates informed, and also information on opportunities to network with the current members of the deptartment. The main CIS website contains links to news and events occuring in the deptartment.
The University of Oregon Alumni Association offers many services to CIS graduates such as an events calendar, regional associations, and the ability to find other alumni according to location, occupation, company or year of graduation. Also, UO alumni can obtain a permanent email address through the UOAA.

UO hosts ACM Regional Programming Competition
UO CIS and UO Information Services will host the ACM Pacific Region Programming Contest at the University of Oregon in Eugene on November 7, 2009. This will be one of five sites where teams from the region compete to solve as many programming problems as they can during the five hour contest. ...»
