To reserve your place at the 40^th Anniversary Celebration, select the number of guests, including yourself, that you will be bringing to dinner. Dinner will be served buffet-style with vegetarian and meat entrees. Dinner includes wine or soft drink with meal.

The menu will include:

• Poached Salmon with Citrus Beurre Blanc
• Chicken Braised with Tomatoes and Fresh Herbs
• Mediterranean Pasta
• Vegetables, Potatoes, and Bread
• Salad and Dessert Courses
• Wine and Coffee service
