Professor Jun Li to Chair Technical Program Committees in Networking and Security
Professor Jun Li has been invited to serve as chair of three technical program committees in the area of computer networks.
- Co-chair with Olaf Maennel of Loughborough University, UK for the Workshop on Secure Network Protocols (NPSec 2013) at the IEEE International Conference on Network Protocols (ICNP 2013), Goettingen, Germany, October 2013;
- QoS, Reliability and Security Symposium at the IEEE International Conference on Communications in China (ICCC 2013), to be held in Xian, China, August 2014;
- Globecom Communication and Information System Security Symposium (GC-CISS 2014) to be held in Austin, Texas, December 2014.
Prof. Li will also serve on the technical committee for the IEEE Conference on Communications and Network Security (IEEE CNS), a new conference focusing on communications and network security. It is a spin-off of IEEE INFOCOM and is positioned to be a ComSoc core conference at a level comparable to IEEE INFOCOM. IEEE CNS will be held in Washington DC, October 2013.
Prof. Li will also serve as publicity co-chair for the 20th ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security (CCS 2013) to be held in Berlin, November 2013; and on the technical committee for the International Conference on Cloud Networking (CloudNet 2013).
