Come up with as many ideas as you can. You are not being graded on the idea but on your execution – i.e. the ability to turn the idea into a reality. To that end, we will share ideas and more than one group can do the same thing (though, of course, they must work separately).

1. A GUI front end for RCS - show diffs, who's got what locked, email options for notification, etc.
2. Some sort of Collaboration Tool
3. An Instant Messaging app - unsure of how elaborate.
