Online Exercise

The following online activities replace our Thursday Deadweek class:

1. Read Wikipedia: Web 2.0.
   
   
2. View these two 5-minute Intro. to Web 2.0 videos:
   
   
   1. Introduction to Web 2.0
   2. The Machine is Us/ing Us (Google Video) or The Machine is Us/ing Us (.wmv) or The Machine is Us/ing Us (.mov)
      
      
3. Optional (not required): Locate a resource on the web that, in your opinion, is a good introduction to Web 2.0 or illustrates a key Web 2.0 technology or feature. Add this resource to you VLT; email the URL of your VLT entry to your instructor (michaelh@uoregon.edu) with the subject line, "Web 2.0 Resource".
