1. Make sure you have prepared a README.txt as described in the Project Grading Criteria.
2. Create a new directory with all of the necessary source code, data files, project documentation, the README.txt file, and all other necessary files. Remove all unecessary files from the directory.
3. Make a .zip file of all of the files in that directory.
4. Recruit another computer science student who is not familiar with the project, give them that .zip file, and ask them to follow the README.txt instructions in the file to install and run the software.
5. Watch and write down everything that goes wrong. Fix all these things. Go to Step 2. Proceed to Step 6. only when nothing goes wrong.
6. One of your group members should email the .zip file to the instructor before the due date and time. The email arrival time on the final submission will be used to determine whether the assignment was submitted on time.
