An introduction to computer programming and computer science, using the Python programming language.
Python
Python is an object oriented programming language that is praised for its clean, understandable syntax and the ease with which it enables programmers to get the job done. It has a large standard library, providing pre-written code for doing such diverse things as website crawling, scientific calculations, connecting to databases, creating graphical user interfaces, and audio file manipulation. Python is extensively used by YouTube, Google, Yahoo!, CERN, and NASA.
