Good ways to get help in CIS 122

• Ask questions before, during, and after class.

• Come to lab: your own and possibly others, too. Please let us know about this in advance (an email will suffice) to ensure a computer for everyone. Labs will always include time for answering questions on the current project.
  
  
• Come to other CIS 122 Lab Help Hours in Kla B13. These are scheduled daily M-F.
  
  
• Send email. Replies may take up to 24 hours (longer on weekends), though they may be faster. For best results, send email to the 122staff list, which is monitored by the instructor and the gts. If we get two or more questions on the same topic, we will post the reply as an announcement on Blackboard.
  
  Contact the instructor directly with topics that are not appropriate for the general email list. Email messages work best for short questions. Longer questions and discussions are best addressed in lab, lab help hours, or office hours.
