Welcome to the homepage for the Association for Computing Machinery: University of Oregon Chapter! The ACM Student Chapter at the University of Oregon is a student group that exists to support students in educating themselves about computers and technology. We will accomplish this through regular workshops, technological support through this website, and by having various outreach activities such as informational booths, speakers, game nights and programming competitions.
Currently, we are working on event scheduling for Winter 2010. And you can help! One of our most popular events is the weekly Pizza Lunch; once a week, we go to Track Town to enjoy their student lunch buffet to the fullest extend our distended stomachs allow. Scheduling for this event has traditionally been determined by our personal whims, so this term we'd like to do things differently. If you'd like to join us for lunch, please fill out the poll below.
