WICS Roadshows

Welcome to the Women@UO Outreach Roadshow*!

This presentation aims to give undergraduates in computer science and other majors, a taste of some of the exciting research and professional opportunities available in CSl. Goals of the talk entitled "WICS Roadshow " include:

• show breath and diversity of field
• get undergraduates excited about the variety of research in computing related areas
• provide an interesting and enjoyable learning experience
• increase the visibility of young women in the field
• relate the importance of women in CS
