TAU Tools for HPC++

Our group participates actively in the definition of the HPC++ language and recently proposed that some level of tool support be made part of the language definition in order to facilitate the development of portable tools. Here's our position statement.

Our proposal is based in part on a similar tool set for pC++, called Sneezy.
