TAU mappings track asynchronous Iterate executions

When TAU mappings are used (as shown in the bottom figure), we can see the time spent executing each high-level POOMA statement. Each statement is executed asynchronously on one or more worker threads. Also, notice, that the time spent in ALL "Array = constant" statements is grouped together in the default case (top figure), whereas, it is shown for each statement when Mappings are used (below).
