Proem Mobile Peer-to-Peer Platform

What is Proem?

The Proem Peer-to-Peer Platform is a complete solution for developing and deploying mobile Peer-to-Peer applications. The Proem Platform consists of two components:
The Proem Software Development Kit (SDK)
The Proem Runtime Environment (or Peerlet Engine)
The Proem SDK is a collection of Java interfaces and classes for rapid development of mobile peer-to-peer applications called peerlets. The Proem Runtime Environment allows users to run peerlets.

A technical paper on Proem was recently presented at the International Conference on Peer-to-Peer Computing, August 27-29, 2001, Linköping, Sweden.
