Fainl Solution has been posted.

 June 9th:Homework 6

Please come to xun's office to get your homework back.

Three is not a name on one copy of the homework,  so I don't know how to record score for this guy, please come to confirm. The possible name are: Haugland Alexander D, Horste Clayton L, Marr James E, Michael Vernon R, Ou Yong Jian Choong, Roadman Kyle A, Tahanpesar Saba M, Tse Chak-Yin.

 May 14th: Midterm Statistics

Your grade will be calculated into final score according to the percentage, so please don't  be worried about it, for it should be higher than the real score you got.

May 12rd: Program 2 Amendment, etc.

The Signal() method in CountingSemaphore had a bug in it that is now fixed.  If you use counting semaphores in your elevator simulation, you should get the new version.
Also, the solution for the subway problem in HW4 has also been amended.

 May 8th:Midterm solution

Midterm solution has been posted.

 Arpil 18th: Discussion section

We will organize a weekly discussion class in Gerlinger 248 during 4:00-5:00pm on Tuesday.
Tim will lead the discussion.

Arpil 14th: We have planned to provide discussion section

We will organize some discussion sections.
On Arpil 22, Tuesday, we will have the first discussion class during 4:00-5:00pm.

Arpil 14th: Good news, we have another TA available

Becuase the CIS415 is a very difficult and very important core course for undergraduate students, and also because there are 40 students in the class this term, the department assigned another graduate student to be the TA for CIS415. So now we have totally 6 hours' office time covering Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Is that great!!!

 Arpil 9th: Class time adjustment

There won't have a make up class on this Friday (good news!), but we will extend the end time for the following two Wednesday classes from 3:20 to 3:50.
So, remember, on Apr 16th and 23th, the class time is 2:00-3:50pm.

 Arpil 3rd: Security Problem

You can access the lecture notes from any uoregon.edu host. If you want to access the notes from off campus, please read the file /cs/classes/cis415/README

 Arpil 1st: Class time adjustment

There will be no class on Arpil 2nd, Wednesday, and we will have an additional class on April 11st (canceled).
