Starting this Saturday (the 13th of January), Silas Snider will be holding
workshops on a variety of programming languages. The first one will
be on Python at 1:00 p.m. in Deschutes Room 100. The only knowledge
required is a familiarity with a programming language (i.e. at the
CIS 210 level).

Next week on Wednesday (January 17) the ACM will host a Potluck at
6:00pm in the Deschutes Colloquium Room (Room 220). Bring a dish to
share with others and socialize with other members of the department!
