In this seminar, we review and discuss a collection of research papers
from top-tier networking conferences. In each session, one student
presents a selected paper and leads the discussion.
All other students should read the paper prior to class, submit a review
of the paper before class and actively contribute in class discsusion.
Grading will be P/NP.
