Checking In

1. Come to the University of Oregon

2. Check In to your room

   Your first meal is dinner on June 21 with the cafeteria closing at 8pm.

   • If you arrive between 4pm and 8pm on June 21

     Enter the door of the New Residence Hall and go to the check-in desk.

   • If you arrive before 4pm on June 21

     Enter the door of the New Residence Hall. Sit down and wait until 4pm. Then, go to the check-in desk

   • If you arrive after 8pm on June 21

     Outside the front door of the New Residence Hall, call 541-346-9114, and a staff member will open the door and check you in.

3. Check Out of your room

   Go to the New Residence Hall and turn in your keys and cards. There is a penalty charge for not returning your keys and/or cards. Your last meal is Lunch on July 5.
