Checking In

1. Come to the University of Oregon

2. Check In to your room

   Your first meal is dinner on June 21 with the cafeteria closing at 8pm.

   • If you arrive between 4pm and 9pm on June 21

     Enter the door of the Global Scholars Hall and go to the check-in desk.

   • If you arrive before 4pm on June 21

     Enter the door of the Global Scholars Hall. Sit down and wait until 4pm. Then, go to the check-in desk

   • If you arrive after 9pm on June 21

     Outside the front door of the Global Scholars Hall, call 541-346-9114, and a staff member will open the door and check you in.

   They will give you an envelope with your name and room number. Save this envelope for check-out.

Checking Out

Check Out of your room

Go to the Global Scholars Hall and turn in your keys and cards. After hours (7am-9pm), there is a slot near the desk where you can deposit your keys and cards in the envelope used for check-in — you can keep the lanyard. There is a penalty charge for not returning your keys and/or cards. Your last meal is lunch on July 5.
